David McCaslin

“I love helping people and I flat out hate bullies. I’ve fought bullies all my life. People who hurt other people are often huge bullies or they have insurance company bullies with armies of people and huge amounts of money to fight against accepting responsibility for the harm they cause. We believe that when you hurt someone, you take responsibility for your actions. I know how to fight them and how to get them to pay up an amount that is fair. If they fail to act fairly and reasonably, you take them to trial. It’s a matter of responsibility and holding them accountable.”Born and raised in Yuba City, David graduated Yuba City High School then American University of Paris followed by earning his law degree and going into practice with Leon McCaslin, his father.

“I saw my first trial when I was about nine years old. My Dad let me get out of school to watch. I sat in the very back of the huge courtroom. I was in awe of the whole good versus evil drama and I was hooked. From then on, I knew my destiny.”

David, in addition to the law practice, is past President and Chairman of the Board of Cal-Northern School of Law. And has servered as President and Vice President of the local legal group the Yuba Sutter Bar Association.
